Probably not. I have bad credit because I was a dumb 18 year old. 8 years later, my credit is still bad however I paid off all debts. But I can’t even get a bank account anymore. I’m denied everything because of my credit but I can’t gain my credit back because I’m denied everything. If I can’t even get a bank account from just $5,000 in debt that was paid off 7 years ago, I highly doubt there is a guaranteed approval for a home loan. Maybe get a co-signer with extremely good credit?
