You need to file an amended return showing the net income on Schedule C-unless the business made no money. The form is a 1040X.

Sole proprietorship is reported on your personal taxes. You need to amend your taxes.

You’ll have to do an amendment, on a 1040X. Your full time job has to be filed with your sole proprietorship income, you don’t file them separately. Include your schedule C and SE with your 1040X

You need to amend. You don’t file sole prop. business separately. It’s a Schedule C that goes with your personal tax return. If anyone who you performed cleaning for reported the payments to the IRS they will eventually notify you and you will have penalties and interest on top of taxes due. They will calculate your taxes based on income reported – with no regard to the expenses you will take on your Schedule C. Fill out a 1040x, attached your Schedule C and mail it in by the 15th (you can’t efile an amendment)
