They all treat you fair. Under federal law, they are not allowed to discriminate against you on the basis of race, gender, age, religion, etc. They will, however, determine your loan-ability based on your credit. If your credit is not good, they may not be as favorable to you. However, there are some lenders that will be willing to enter into higher risk loans.

open your phone book a find a local mortgage company, there are lots of honest brokers out there to do business with, sometimes you may need to shop around a little, don’t let anyone pull credit on you until you are comfortable with one company, then persue your venture with them. You might also pull your own credit so you know what your scores are and give that information to the loan officer and that would give them a better idea of what they can or can not do for you.
