yes, there is no reason why you couldn’t. although, concealers are supposed to be high pigmented, so there should be no need to put on the homemade primer.
And hopefully, oil free.

well… I tested this but just changed some things here and there and then tested one eye with urban decay primer potion and the other with my homemade primer potion and the HOMEMADE worked SOOO much better. =]
for my homemade i used, concealer, foundation primer, highlight, foundation, body butter, face cream and some moisturizer
i used body whip. Works the same just a little bit thinner
I think it’s awesome! I’ve been using the beige-ing by mac as a eye primer for months (it’s what mac recommended) and I like this better! The other is so hard to smooth out and tends to gather in certain areas more than others… and that costs me almost 20 a stick! If you ask me, for the price how can you be disappointed with making your own? Great video!
you can use a really thick lotion , a facial cream , or a eye cream
