What is the ULPD? he is no officer of the law….he’s impersonating a police officer. Using illegal scare tactics to make a quick buck!!! Most internet PDLs are not enforceable.

You people need to watch part one before commenting!!! This guy doesn’t have a loan out. The guys calling him are the ones committing fraud. The fact that a guy with a heavy Indian accent is going by the name “Brian Smith” and calling himself an officer is an obvious red flag. If you can’t see that, you’re the ones dumb enough to be pulled in by that kind of scam.
