I make $10 an hour and i work fulltime and sometimes i work more for free and i voulunteer work at a shelter, and i dont make enough to keep myself alive and keep them alive too. but if we all pitched in including the top 1% of us we could make this happen. @LawyerScumGhost but the point being you and I as indivduals will never have the money to pay for this by ourselves. We have to change the way policy is thats the true roots of this. Because you shouldnt put money before any human being. the same way you shouldnt put it before a child.
