I have a private student loan through U.S. Bank that is serviced through Great Lakes Education Services. It took me 3 months and a $114 cell phone bill to make this happen and U.S. Bank approved it. NOW, Great Lakes is saying that my account is delinquent when its supposed to be on a forbarence?!?!? [...]
