I served for 4 years and am wondering how the VA knows if you used Student Loan Repayment-SLRP or not, since all you send the VA with your application is the DD-214. What if you told them you didnt on the application?

I read the bill, but the gray area is in “bar of duplicate educational assistance benefits section”. Under Sec 3322 part b it reads:
