You’ll need a 3rd party merchant to do this for you. Here’s a few companies that can do it:

It depends what you want to do and where you want the money. I have lots of experience with this, but if you want just one-time payments in a bank account in a supported country, the easiest is Paypal.

Hi, To collect dredit card payment securly, youll need some great security software. Its best you talk to a proffesional company that deal in sort of stuff, as it is not something you want to screw up!!
