If you mean the insurance was canceled at the time of the accident – that was your responsibility to know that. If you are at fault for the accident, better start making payment arrangements, you’re still responsible.
If you mean they canceled you after the accident, they deemed you too much of a risk. Have to get new insurance.

Edit:
Based on your additional comments, you were uninsured at the time of the accident. I am certain Farmers warned you that you were going to be canceled. Now you are going to be responsible for the damage to your vehicle and the other vehicle, if you are at fault. If you are indeed at fault, you will also have to pay the medical bills for the other driver (if they were injured) and their rental car. Their insurance company will send you a bill for the total. You can get on a payment plan with them.

That’s an hypothetical question because it isn’t going to happen to me.
It’s like asking me what I would do if I was on a cruise and they threw me overboard.
I guess I’d SWIM and swim and carry on swimming.
So… swim

in it.
